Why is my SASMI code not working?



ANSWER 1 : CODE INCORRECT - When you entered your SASMI coupon code you may have used a cap letter 'O' versus the number zero '0'. SASMI codes DO NOT contain the letter O.

ANSWER 2 : COMPETING CODES - Your SASMI coupon code CANNOT BE COMBINED with any other discount code or promotional code, including your membership in the Union Loyalty Rewards Club. If you are logged in as a ULR member, the SASMI coupon code will not work - therefore, you need to log out, as a ULR member, and start over from the homepage.

ANSWER 3 : OPEN SHOPPING CART - You may have stepped away during the ordering process and left a shopping cart open. A shopping cart is tied to the SASMI code you entered - effectively de-activating the code. TheBootPros has a policy that freezes a shopping cart after 15 minutes of inactivity - we do this for data security purposes. At this point it will appear as if you have used your coupon code - when in fact there remains no completed order related to the code.

In this case, TheBootPros will need to re-activate your SASMI code for it to work. Please text us with a request - include your name and SASMI code.

What is the status of my order - it's been awhile?



ANSWER 1 : BOOTS ARE A PREORDER STYLE - When you selected the size/width of the work boots you wanted, in most cases, it may have indicated the size/width combo was currently not in stock but a PREORDER - on backorder at factory. Generally, your order will ship as soon as they become available. FYI - the factories do not provide production timetables, so you may have to wait OR change your order.

How do I request an exchange?



ANSWER 1 : EASY PEASY - Start here: REQUEST EXCHANGE OR call us at 1-800-723-5384 and leave a voicemail OR send us a text message. It helps when you provide your order number as a reference - the one that ends in ...UB.
A representative will reply to help expedite your SASMI exchange order. (In partnership with SASMI, we bypass the regular requirements.)
