What a year!

Thank you to all our new customers and to our loyal repeat customers for trusting us
with your business. 2016 was an amazing year of growth for both TheBootPros and the Thorogood
work boot brand - celebrating 125 years of job-fitted comfort and safety footwear.

2017 brings some changes and some exciting additions to both companies
and their customers across America.





To Our 80,000 Loyal Customers - Past and Present:

On January 15, 2017 we will officially introduce our new LIFETIME UNION LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM;
replacing our current Lifetime Union Member Discount Program. The Lifetime Union Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to provide both active and retired labor union members an exclusive opportunity to receive added benefits and rewards to their work boot purchase at TheUnionBootPro.

"Life is like underwear, change is good."

On December 15, 2016 the Thorogood Shoe Company introduced new pricing policies that effectively ends
our exclusive footwear discount for union members. (We were shocked.) Thorogood has decided to create a level playing field for all online and brick-and-motar retailers by defining a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all
their footwear. The change, of course, effects our customers the most - after 1/15/17 we can no longer offer
additional discounts at time of purchase per Thorogood policy - footwear must be purchased at the assigned
MAP price. As a result, we are creating an equal, if not better, package of savings for our
union member customers. No bull, we have no choice.

"We trust our customers will recognize that we appreciate the support they have shown and that we are putting together a better package than before on their behalf."

Our new rewards program will actually provide our customers with more money-savng opportunities on American Made footwear accessories AND will include FREE prepaid shipping on ALL returns. In addition, we will be launching a labor exclusive forum for our customers at UNIONSUNITED.ORG (coming in February 2017) to use as an open exchange for labor union issues, jobsite questions and job listings, to name a few.

Finally, we will be giving away one FREE pair of boots (a $175 value) per month to a lucky union customer
as part of our GREAT WORK BOOT GIVEAWAY CELEBRATION. Details will follow with another exciting
addition that we are saving for the announcement.
