4) REVIEW YOUR SHOPPING CART... for accuracy. Remember, only one pair of work boots allowed. Any items, work boots and/or work accessories added to a cart, not a IUPAT DC21-approved ASTM work boot, will not be processed when using your work boots benefits code. Click on the "CHECKOUT" button to move on to billing?shipping info page.

5) ENTER YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION... in the coresponding text fields. Credit card information REQUIRED even if your $230 coupon covers the cost of boots. Double check your information for accuracy. Click on the "CONTINUE TO SUMMARY PAGE" button to move on to shopping cart.

6) REVIEW THE ORDER DETAILS SUMMARY... for accuracy. Read and agree to 'terms of purchase' and click on the "SUBMIT ORDER" button to finish.
